This privacy policy applies to all applications and services developed by Steven Gill ("I", "me", "my"), including but not limited to SG-PlannerSync, SG-Wayfinder, and SG-Health (collectively referred to as "the Services"). This policy describes what personal information the Services collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

What Personal Information Is Collected

The type of personal information collected depends on the Service you use:

• SG-PlannerSync — may process project plan data (task names, assignments, dates, and other project metadata) from Microsoft Project files and Microsoft Planner in order to perform synchronisation.
• SG-Wayfinder — may access floorplan, geolocation, device location and orientation sensor data in order to provide indoor navigation functionality.
• SG-Health — may process health and fitness data from connected sources (such as Withings, Oura Ring, Apple Health, and blood test results) in order to display health analytics and insights.

The Services do not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, when contacting support).

How Your Information Is Used

Any personal information processed by the Services is used solely to provide the functionality you have chosen to use. Specifically:

• Data is processed only to deliver the features and services you expect.
• Data is processed locally on your device wherever possible and is not transmitted to external servers unless required for the feature to function.
• Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Service's core functionality.

Data Sharing and Selling

I will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Your data is yours.

Third-Party Services

Some Services may connect to third-party APIs in order to function (for example, Microsoft Graph API, health data providers, or cloud storage). When data is shared with these services, it is done solely to provide the requested functionality and is governed by the respective third party's privacy policy. I only integrate with reputable services and never send your data anywhere unnecessary.

Data Storage and Security

I take reasonable steps to protect any personal information processed by the Services. This includes:

• Using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission.
• Minimising data collection to only what is necessary for the Service to function.
• Processing data locally on your device wherever feasible, reducing exposure to external systems.
• Not retaining personal data longer than necessary to provide the Service.
• Stored in the UK (whenever possible).

Cookies and Tracking

The Services do not use cookies or tracking technologies for analytics or advertising. Third-party services integrated into the Services may use their own cookies or similar technologies — please refer to their privacy policies for details.

The Services are not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of the Services, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

Since most data is processed locally on your device, you can typically delete it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the Service.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
